WABII Branding has been named one of PPAI’s Greatest Companies To Work For In Branded Merchandise for 2026, recognized in the Small company category in our first year of eligibility.
The recognition is based on direct employee feedback. Companies cannot submit themselves — employees nominate their workplace, after which PPAI surveys the full roster confidentially on leadership, communication, benefits and professional development. A minimum share of the team has to respond for a company to qualify at all, and leadership never sees the individual answers.
This award came from our team. Asked what they valued most about working here, they named three things: personal confidence in their futures, appreciation by management, and confidence in leadership.
We’re telling you about it because we think it matters to you and not only to us. Culture is not a value statement on an about page. It is whether the person answering your email at 5:40 on a Friday actually wants to be the one who solves it. It is whether the account team that started your program is the same one running it three years later.
Much of our work happens away from a desk — on a busy show floor, in large warehouses during a rush, at an activation in the field. A culture either holds up under that pressure or it doesn’t. We are grateful for this assessment and measure of our culture that came from the only people qualified to give it.
